Vasp trap for asian hornet

VespaCatch - highly effective wasp trap for Asian hornets. 

Protect your bees from the Asian hornet! This wasp trap is specially designed to combat the Asian hornet and has been used by European beekeepers for over 10 years. 

The trap consists of a yellow plastic cup and a black lid with two openings, as well as a cover that effectively shields light. 

A hook is included so the trap can be hung in a tree. The trap is 14 cm high. Lure must be bought seperately. See item 114077. Item 114075 is including 10 ml. lure.

It is specifically developed to catch Asian hornets. The trap's lid has two entrances, both covered by a tunnel that focuses and directs scents while shielding against surrounding light and preventing wasps from escaping. The trap's shape concentrates the scent of the bait, allowing for better dispersion and increased effectiveness. The yellow color also acts as an attractant for hornets. 

During a 15-day test period in Portugal, the trap captured 2.3 times and 5.7 times more hornets respectively compared to other traps on the market.
