Swienty Clear Honey
The Swienty Clear Honey is a fully automatic honey processing system designed to heat honey from virtually any inlet temperature (recommended 30-35ºC) up to virtually any target temperature. The system can be programmed to adjust the target temperature as needed and will adjust accordingly. After heating and filtering, the honey is cooled down to the inlet temperature +5-10ºC using a counter flow heat exchanger, ensuring energy efficiency and cost savings.
Key Features:
Automatic Temperature Control: Heats honey to the temperature you want (adjustable) and cools it efficiently.
Inlet Pump: Strong Inoxpa Lobe Rotor Pump with automatic speed control.
Heat Exchanger: SONDEX/Danfoss heat exchanger with two zones for optimal heat exchange.
Water Heating System: 9 kW tube heating element with a circulation pump and expansion tank.
Filtration System: Three Inoxpa inline filters (400 Micron prefilter and two 200 Micron fine filters/100 Micron optional) to ensure clean honey processing.
Automated Controls: SIEMENS S7 PLC with a color control panel and multiple transmitters for temperature and pressure control.
Operation:
Ensure the water heating system is filled with water before starting.
Use liquefied and clean honey, preheated to approximately 35ºC.
Connect the honey inlet and outlet tanks.
Start the system in manual mode to prime the system.
Recirculate the initial honey for 10-15 minutes to ensure proper processing.
Cleaning:
Flush the system with water or steam after use.
Clean filters regularly to prevent clogging and ensure smooth operation.
Safety Notes:
Do not store the system below 10ºC to prevent frost damage.
Clean the machine after use to prevent honey crystallization.
