Self-cleaning strainer system incl. automatic control

Patented, self-cleaning strainer for fine filtration of honey, offering long service life, automatic control, and a simple strainer replacement system. 

This newly developed straining system is designed for medium to large-scale beekeeping operations aiming to produce finely filtered, clean honey. Small crystal formations, which often occur during rapeseed honey harvests, are effortlessly broken down by the internal cleaning mechanism. This prevents clogging of the strainer and simultaneously enhances honey quality. 

The modular design allows multiple strainer units to be linked together, enabling a highly flexible throughput of over 800 kg/h. The system has proven itself in practice and simplifies the long-standing sieving challenges faced by countless beekeepers worldwide.

The throughput for 1 Strainer is usually between 350 and 450 kg/h. (This depends on the viscosity of the honey and the strainer used: 200 µm, 350 µm, or 500 µm.)
