Pollen cleaning machine for semiprofessional pollen manufacturers

Modern pollen cleaning machine that separates Pollen in three easy steps:

1. During the first step the pollen is led over a stainless vibrating sieve where small heavy debris and pollen dust are separated of.

2. During the second step the pollen grains are led over a blowing mechanism where light debris as wings and legs are separated from the pollen grains.

3. During the third step the pollen grains are led over a white, food grade conveyor where the operator can clean the last impurities with a pneumatic vacuum cleaner (requires air pressure generator - not included) from the pollen before the clean pollen is collected in a bin.

The capacity of this system is 15-25kg per hour.

The size of the vibrating cleaning unit is 700 x 320 x h350mm, stainless steel construction

The size of the conveyor unit is 1110 x 550 x h 150mm, foodgrade conveyor, white, base construction in stainless steel.

The complete machine comes on two separate tables on wheels.
