Manual Uncapping Machine

Uncapping machine with needles that open the cappings of the entire frame with 3 pulls of a lever.

Procedure:

Simply place the frame between the two needle plates and operate the machine using the lever on the side. The plates are pressed together 3 times, and the needles penetrate the honey cells. Each time the plates are pulled apart, the frame moves one cell row forward, so that all honey cells are processed with 3 pulls of the lever. Each needle is supported by a small spring to prevent it from breaking if it hits a cell with pollen or the wooden frame.

In addition to not using electricity, the machine’s major advantage is that it produces significantly less capping wax and, despite its large capacity, does not require larger capping wax centrifuges, melters, or presses.

The capacity is 200-300 frames per hour, making it well-suited for medium-sized beekeeping operations.

This machine can also be used as a honey loosener for heather honey and to loosen certain types of crystallized melizitose honey.

Delivered on a half pallet in a wooden crate (included).
