This machine is engineered for professional applications and offers a standard processing load capacity of 400-1,200 kg per batch, with models available up to 4,000 kg.

To enable a precise process control, the machine features a durable stainless steel frame and a double-walled, pouched bottom vat, designed to ensure rapid and uniform heat distribution.

The system is fully enclosed and additionally to the integrated heating system it features an industrial grade GASTO cooling unit with an efficient condensation module, ensuring optimal product processing. Operation is managed via an automated Siemens control system. For opoeration, users simply measure the initial water content using a refractometer, input the starting and target values into the control interface, and the system automatically regulates moisture removal until the desired level is achieved. 

The capacity is designed to remove 1 liter of water per hour at a low temperature of only 40C. This equals 1% moisture reduction for every 12 hours. Upon completion, the system shuts down automatically. The pre- and postprocessed honey can then be pumped into the system through a 2” (50 mm) outlet pipe and the tank is sloped at the bottom to ensure full drainage. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4301. Wheels and trasport crossbars available on request.
