    Honey grinder

    This machine is designed to scrape crystallized honey out of a barrel without heating the honey up. After the scraping process the honey can be pumped out of the barrel or melted much faster and at lower temperatures. The machine is equipped with a helix that splits up the cold crystallized honey. The scraping turns the honey into a paste consistency. This paste can then be melted at low temperatures in just a few hours, leading to a liquid honey without increasing the HMF level. This means that the quality of the honey is preserved.
