This 300kg honey dryer uses an innovative technique to obtain better result with higher efficiency.
A powerful fan combined with an electrical resistance sends a continuous jet of hot air to the discs which, rotating inside the tank, collect a light honey film. The dryer's performance is very high and the consumption is very low.
The small distance of the discs from the bottom of the vat allows to use the honey dryer even with small amounts of honey.
The air introduced into the inner chamber is filtered through an antibacterial filter that prevents contamination of the honey and dispersed through cracks created at the top of the lid. Despite working with hot air, honey never reaches temperatures above 45ºC, which would endanger the values of HMF.
The concentrator, which is extremely quiet, requires no special maintenance and is easily cleanable. Each part is removable in few minutes.
